How are products organised?
By health need — pain and fever, cough and cold, digestion, vitamins, prescription medicines, allergy and skin, first aid, devices, mother and baby, and personal care.
What does the Rx badge mean?
Rx marks a prescription-only medicine. You can add it to your cart, but a pharmacist must approve a valid prescription before it is dispensed.
Are the prices final?
Prices are live from our store system. Delivery is added at checkout if you choose delivery.
Can I filter to products in stock?
Yes. Use the In stock filter; stock updates within seconds of a sale in our branches.
How do I find a medicine by salt?
Type the salt name in search. Every brand containing that salt appears in the results.
Can I compare products?
Yes. Tick Compare on up to four products, then open the compare page.
