From licensed manufacturers and authorised distributors only. We do not buy from unofficial or grey-market sources.
How do you store medicines in Karachi's heat?
Our branches are air-conditioned, and heat-sensitive or refrigerated items are kept in controlled storage and packed to protect them.
Do you sell medicines without a prescription?
Only over-the-counter products. Prescription-only medicines are dispensed against a valid prescription checked by a pharmacist.
How does the online store stay accurate?
Prices and stock come live from the same system our branch tills use, so a sale in store updates the website within seconds.
