This website is a demonstration store powered by SmartPOS Hub. Orders placed on this website are not fulfilled, no goods are dispatched and no payment is taken. The terms below show how sales would work in a live MediLane Pharmacy store.
Who we are
MediLane Pharmacy is a licensed community pharmacy in Karachi, Pakistan, with two branches:
- Clifton Branch - Shop 3, Plot 12-C, Khayaban-e-Roomi, Block 5, Clifton, Karachi 75600. Phone +92 21 3587 4410.
- Gulshan-e-Iqbal Branch - Shop 7-8, Plot SB-14, Block 13-D, Gulshan-e-Iqbal near Nipa Chowrangi, Karachi 75300. Phone +92 21 3498 2271.
Both branches are open every day from 9:00 to 23:00 PKT.
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Our general website terms of use also apply.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order, or when we dispatch it or make it ready for pickup.
We may decline or cancel an order, in full or in part, if:
- an item is out of stock
- a price or product description on the website contains an obvious error
- a prescription item does not have a valid prescription
- a pharmacist decides that supplying an item would not be safe or appropriate
- the quantity requested is more than we can reasonably supply to one customer
- the delivery address is outside our Karachi delivery zones
If we cancel any part of your order, we will tell you, and you will not pay for items we do not supply.
Prescription-only medicines
Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, checked by a registered pharmacist, in line with the rules of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) and Sindh drug rules.
- You can upload a prescription during checkout or on our prescriptions page.
- Uploaded prescriptions are stored privately and seen only by our pharmacists.
- The pharmacist may ask to see the original prescription on delivery or at pickup.
- The pharmacist may contact you, or your prescriber, if anything needs to be clarified.
- The pharmacist’s professional decision on whether to supply is final.
Over-the-counter medicines may also be limited in quantity, or need a short conversation with a pharmacist, where that is appropriate for safety.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include any taxes that apply, unless stated otherwise.
Medicine prices in Pakistan are regulated, and suppliers can change prices. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before supplying the item, and you can choose whether to continue.
Delivery charges and minimum order
Delivery is available within our Karachi delivery zones only. Delivery fees, any free-delivery threshold, any minimum order value and available delivery slots are calculated live at checkout for your address and basket. The total, including delivery, is shown before you confirm.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery - pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
- Cash at pickup - pay at the counter when you collect your order.
- Bank transfer - transfer the order total to the account shown on your order page, then upload your receipt there. We confirm receipt of the funds before dispatching or preparing your order.
We do not accept card payments through this website. If a bank transfer is not received or cannot be matched to your order within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order.
Store pickup
If you choose pickup, your order is usually ready within about an hour during opening hours. We will let you know when it is ready. Please bring your order number and, for prescription items, your original prescription if asked.
We will hold your order for a reasonable time. If it is not collected, we may cancel it and return the items to stock. Prescription items that have been prepared for you will be handled in line with pharmacy rules.
Delivery and risk
Our riders deliver to the address you give at checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. Responsibility for the items passes to you when they are delivered or collected.
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is wrong, damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with a photo.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at no cost before it has been dispatched or made ready for pickup. Contact the branch handling your order by phone, or use the contact form or the Show email button on the Contact page.
Once a medicine has been dispensed or has left the pharmacy, it cannot be cancelled and returned, except as set out in our returns policy.
Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds policy explains what can be returned and how refunds work. In short:
- unopened non-medicine items can be returned within 7 days
- dispensed medicines cannot be returned unless we made an error or the product is faulty
- wrong or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours with a photo
Product information
We try to make sure product names, pack sizes, strengths and images are accurate. Packaging from manufacturers can change, so the item you receive may look different from the picture. Always read the label and leaflet supplied with your medicine.

Our responsibility
We supply products with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures, strikes or power and network failures, although we will do our best to keep you informed.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani law, including consumer protection law that applies in Sindh.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts in Karachi, Sindh.
