How much is delivery?
The delivery fee depends on your zone and is calculated live at checkout. Any free-delivery threshold is shown in your cart.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. Checkout offers the available delivery slots for your area. Pick the one that suits you.
Do you deliver prescription medicines?
Yes, once a pharmacist has approved your prescription. The rider may ask to see the original prescription on delivery for some medicines.
How are heat-sensitive medicines delivered?
They are packed to protect them from heat and delivered as directly as possible. If an item needs refrigeration, we tell you and may suggest pickup instead.
How do I pay on delivery?
Pay the rider in cash, or choose bank transfer at checkout and upload your payment receipt. The order total is confirmed before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with your order number and email, or sign in to your account to see each step from received to delivered.
What if I am not home?
The rider will call you. If we can't reach you, the order returns to the branch and you can rebook a slot or collect it.
