Online pharmacy FAQ
Search or pick a topic. Answers cover ordering, payment, delivery in Karachi, returns, medicine safety and your account. More specific answers live on the prescriptions, delivery and generic medicines pages.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see order history, saved addresses, prescriptions and re-order quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Call the branch as soon as possible. Orders can be changed or cancelled until they are packed; after dispatch, our returns policy applies.
Why does my cart say an item needs a prescription?
That medicine is prescription-only under Pakistani law. Upload your prescription in the checkout Rx step or on the Prescriptions page.
Is there a minimum order?
If a minimum order applies, the cart shows it before checkout. It comes from our store settings and can differ for delivery and pickup.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, cash at pickup and bank transfer. Available methods are listed at checkout for the branch you choose.
How does bank transfer work?
Choose bank transfer at checkout, transfer the total to the account shown, then upload your receipt on the order page. We verify it and start packing.
Are prices the same online and in store?
Yes. The website reads prices from the same system as our tills.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Not at the moment. We deliver within our Karachi zones only.
Can someone else receive my order?
Yes, as long as they are an adult. For some prescription medicines the rider may ask to see the original prescription.
Can I return a medicine?
For safety, dispensed medicines cannot be returned or resold unless we made an error or the product is faulty. Unopened non-medicine items can be returned within 7 days.
What if I received the wrong item?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We will collect it and send the right item or refund you.
Is the information on this website medical advice?
No. It is general information. Always read the leaflet and follow your doctor's or pharmacist's advice for your own situation.
How do I report a side effect?
Stop and speak to your doctor or pharmacist. You can also report suspected side effects to the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP).
How do I reset my password?
Open Account, choose Forgot password and follow the link we send. You can also sign in with a one-time code.
Where can I see my prescriptions and orders?
Sign in and open your account dashboard: orders with tracking, invoices, addresses, wishlist and your uploaded prescriptions are all there.
