- Delivery policyWe deliver within our Karachi delivery zones and offer free pickup from our Clifton and Gulshan-e-Iqbal branches. Fees, minimum order and delivery slots are worked out live at checkout for your address.
- Returns and refunds policyYou can return unopened non-medicine items within 7 days. Dispensed medicines cannot be returned unless we made a mistake or the product is faulty, and wrong or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours with a photo.
- Terms of saleThese terms explain how buying from MediLane Pharmacy works: placing an order, prices in PKR, payment, prescription checks, delivery, pickup and cancellations.
- Website terms of useThese terms cover how you may use the MediLane Pharmacy website, including your account, health content, prescription uploads and our responsibilities. Buying from us is covered separately by our terms of sale.
- Privacy policyWe collect only what we need to run your orders, check prescriptions safely and improve the website. Prescriptions are seen only by our pharmacists, we never sell your data, and you can ask to see, correct or delete it.
- Cookie policyWe use a small number of essential cookies to run the site, some functional storage to remember things like your basket, and analytics only if you say yes. You can change your choice at any time.
- Accessibility statementWe want everyone to be able to find and order the medicines and health products they need. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA and offer built-in tools for text size, contrast, motion and link styles.
