About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the MediLane Pharmacy website. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
MediLane Pharmacy is a licensed community pharmacy in Karachi, Pakistan, with branches in Clifton (Shop 3, Plot 12-C, Khayaban-e-Roomi, Block 5, Clifton, Karachi 75600) and Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Shop 7-8, Plot SB-14, Block 13-D, Gulshan-e-Iqbal near Nipa Chowrangi, Karachi 75300).

Who can use the website
You should be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. If you are buying for a child or another person, you are responsible for making sure the information you give is accurate and that you have their permission where needed.
Your account
You can browse without an account. If you create one:
- give accurate information and keep it up to date
- keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account
- tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account
You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our failure to keep the website secure. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.
Health information on this website
Articles, product descriptions and other content on this website are general information. They are not medical advice and they are not a diagnosis.
- Always read the label and patient information leaflet that comes with a medicine.
- Follow the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine without professional advice.
- You can ask a pharmacist about a medicine or product.
In an emergency, call Rescue 1122 or Edhi 115, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not use this website or our contact form for emergencies.
Prescription uploads
When you upload a prescription, you confirm that:
- it is a genuine prescription issued to you, or to the person you are ordering for, by a qualified prescriber
- you have not altered it in any way
- you are not using the same prescription to obtain more medicine than was prescribed
Uploaded prescriptions are stored privately and seen only by our pharmacists. We may verify a prescription with the prescriber. Submitting a false or altered prescription is a serious matter, and we may report it to the relevant authorities.
Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- break any law in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or other users’ accounts
- upload viruses or harmful code, or interfere with how the website works
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the website
- place fake orders or misuse the order, payment or receipt-upload features
- submit content that is abusive, misleading or that infringes someone else’s rights
We may block access or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
Reviews, questions and messages
If you send us a question, review or other content, you confirm it is your own and does not include anyone else’s private information without permission. Please do not include detailed health information in public reviews. We may decline to publish, or remove, content that breaks these terms.
Prices, availability and errors
We work to keep product information, prices and stock levels accurate, but mistakes can happen. Showing a product on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you. Our terms of sale explain this in more detail.
Intellectual property
The MediLane Pharmacy name, logo, website design, text and images are owned by us or our licensors. Product names and packaging images belong to their manufacturers. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We may link to other websites, such as official health resources. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, suspend or change the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security.
Our liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for:
- losses caused by relying on general website content instead of professional advice
- losses caused by events outside our reasonable control
- business losses, where you use the website for business purposes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts in Karachi, Sindh will deal with any dispute.
